Community Transport Scheme
Southam Town Council Volunteer Transport Scheme This is a vital service for people in the local community who are disadvantaged
through disability or lack of alternative transport. The scheme office is situated in the Grange Hall, Southam, manned by volunteers, and open Monday to Friday 10 am to 12 noon. Journeys can be
booked by calling 01926 815817 or by visiting the office
Community Library Service
The Home Library Delivery Service is a free Warwickshire County Council service to those who are unable to visit or use their local library or Mobile Library due to ill health or infirmity

The village has its own defibrilator which is located in the old Telephone Box at the end
of School Lane at its junction with The Holloway and Shuckburgh Road.

Rubbish Collection
The majority
of the village have their bins emptied on Thursdays/ Fridays
Blue and
Green bins are emptied every fortnight, Grey bins are emptied alternate weeks. You can check what collections are taking place by visiting Stratford District Council's website

Utilities
Water
Priors Marston is one of a few number of communities that has two water boards providing services to it; Severn Trent is responsible for delivering waterto the village, whilst Thames Water is responsible for taking water away. So if you have a water delivery problem contact Severn Trent on 0800 783444 and Thames Water on 0800 714614 if its a sewerage or surface water problem.
Gas
Your gas is brought to the village by National Grid and it is them that you should contact, on 0800 111999, if you smell gas or suspect a leak.
Electricity
Western Power are responsible for delivering electricity to the village and your home. If you have a problem with your supply you should contact them on 150 or 0800 675150.
Telephone & Broadband
The telephone and broadband network is the responsibility of Openreach, currently a division of BT. If you are experiencing problems with either your phone or broadband you are advised to contact your service provider first.
